6 Week Coaching Programme led by Sligo Triathlon Club
Introduction & Welcome evening, Wednesday 16th August at Sligo Sports Complex at 6.30pm
First Swim Session Sunday 20th August from 5.00- 6.00pm at Sligo Sports Complex
First Brick Session Wednesday 23rd August 6.30pm-8.00pm at Cleveragh Regional Park
Event Sunday 1st October 2023, 250 metre swim, 10km cycle and 3km run
Each participants must pay €40 to sign up as a Sligo Triathlon Club member, and pay €30 for a Club Training Membership with Triathlon Ireland before commencing the programme. Total programme fee is €70.
